Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Eden dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in WI, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Our dispatchers know the neighborhoods of Eden well enough to tell you roughly what's driving a call before the truck even arrives — older sections tend toward galvanized pipe issues, newer builds toward fixture and appliance connections.
Our trucks are stocked before they leave the yard each morning, not after a customer calls — common valves, wax rings, supply lines, and fittings ride along so a Eden technician isn't making a parts-store run mid-repair.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Eden started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
A burst supply line or an overflowing toilet doesn't care what time it is, and neither do we. Our emergency crews carry shutoff tools, wet-vacs, and common repair parts so most emergency calls in Eden are resolved in a single visit.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Eden home needs, not just the easy jobs.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across Eden, WI rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Our drain team runs camera line inspections before recommending anything invasive, so you're not paying for a dig-up when a hydro-jetting service would clear it.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Eden, WI homes.
Hidden slab leaks and wall leaks get located with acoustic and thermal detection equipment before we ever break into drywall or concrete, which keeps repair costs down.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shower valves get installed to code, with old connections checked for corrosion rather than just reused out of convenience.
A live dispatcher takes your call, gets a read on the urgency, and starts routing the nearest available technician.
Because our trucks are staged across Eden, WI, dispatch can usually give you an honest, specific arrival window.
Before a wrench touches anything, you'll get a written, upfront price for the repair — no surprise line items after the fact.
Once the fix is complete and tested, you get a written warranty — if something related fails, we come back and make it right.
You approve a flat price before we start — never a rate that climbs once the job's already underway.
Because our trucks are already staged around Eden, WI, we're rarely the "next week" plumber.
We're happy to have every technician show ID and license on arrival; it's a standard we hold ourselves to, not a special request.
If a repair we performed fails under normal use within the warranty period, we return and fix it at no charge.

Our Eden dispatch covers the surrounding neighborhoods and zip codes, with trucks staged to keep response times reasonable even during peak call volume.
If you're near Eden but technically outside the city line, dispatch still covers you — our routing is built around drive time from the nearest staged truck, not a hard municipal boundary.
Because trucks are staged throughout Eden, WI, most Eden calls see a technician the same day, with priority routing for active leaks and no-water situations.
Always. You'll know the price before we start, and that number doesn't move once you approve it.
Burst pipes, overflowing fixtures, failed water heaters, sewer backups, and no-water situations are all handled on an emergency basis, 24 hours a day.
Every technician holds a valid WI plumbing license and is covered under our liability and workers' compensation insurance.
Yes — older pipe materials are a large part of the Eden workload, and we carry the fittings for legacy systems on most trucks.
Usually. Electronic leak detection lets us pinpoint the exact location first, which keeps the opening small and targeted rather than exploratory.
Our technicians are trained across the major residential brands, whether you have a standard tank unit or a tankless system.
All work is backed by a written workmanship warranty — if the same issue recurs within that period, we return at no charge.
We quote the job upfront regardless of when the call comes in, so you'll know the price before agreeing to anything, including after-hours calls.
We cover Eden and a broad radius of surrounding communities throughout Eden, WI — see the coverage list below for specific zip codes.
Same-day replacement is common, though tankless conversions or unusual venting setups may need a short follow-up visit to finish code-compliant venting.
We ask that someone be available to approve the written quote before work starts; after that, staying on-site is your choice, not a requirement.
